When North Carolina bride Brittney Brame approached Magnolia Grove Weddings and Events me only weeks after her fiancee’ Anthony Gentile proposed, she was excited about the prospect of getting married at her family farm, but unsure about how to proceed. Her two biggest goals throughout the planning process were to transform the space, and to make sure that Anthony’s love of the Air Force was reflected throughout the day. From the flight log that doubling as a guest book to the sweet potato crates used to create walls within the space, every detail was selected with intention to bring this sweet’s couple’s vision to life.
Groom Anthony is an Air Force officer, and his passion for his profession is sprinkled through out the event. The couple wears matching necklaces that say “Come Fly With Me” that they gave each other while they were dating, and their first dance as a married couple was to Frank Sinatra’s “Come Fly With Me.”
How adorable is this trailer? This is The Bardot Beauty Bar, the travelling hair and makeup salon that created all the beauty looks of the wedding party.
Blue and white vases gathered from the bride’s family homes held centerpiece florals for a nostalgic, vintage touch.
