Natchez, Mississippi played host on December 12, 2013 to the gorgeous wedding of Laura Tillman and Robert Greer. Brenda Zerby of Moreton’s Flowerland was the event designer and, as usual, the flowers and design were spectacular. With the ceremony in the beautiful Basilica of St. Mary’s in Natchez and the reception at the home of the bride’s parents, what a wonderful wedding for a new chapter in these two lives! What made your wedding special?
“The rain. I was concerned it would ruin the event. Instead it caused everyone to huddle together in an attempt to stay dry under the tent – where the band was located. The reception turned into anything but stiff.”
What inspires you?
“My wedding dress. It was both modern and classic. I wanted to mix the two throughout the evening.”
