This styled wedding shoot has some of my absolute favorite things, pumpkins, crows, vintage styling, fall vibes and a ominous, ghost-like child haunting our bride. Yes, Halloween is our jam, and we had so much fun putting this vintage goth inspired shoot together. Photographer D’Artagnan Winford nailed this shoot and produced images beyond our spookiest dreams. Rather than go the full-on Halloween skulls and monsters look, we chose to incorporate fall details and a color palette that could inspire any autumn bride. We located our event in vast corn and cotton fields and built our floral and decor around fall elements with hints of creepy tucked here and there. The rubbed wood farmhouse table featured a dried eucalyptus runner piled with white and green pumpkins upon which two cast iron crows were perched. Vintage silver chargers and goblets were paired with black dinner plates topped with creamy Victorian-attired skeleton salad plates for a nod to the macabre.
Our gorgeous cake table featured a stunning black cake, potions, vintage books and a watchful gargoyle. Our bride carried a dried floral bouquet and wore several vintage inspired gowns from Lace Bridal Experience as she walked the fields of our farm followed closely by the spectral presence of a ghostly flower girl.
