I DO Y'ALL

Rustic chic styled shoot

While the outdoor, rustic wedding has been a national trend for several years now, it has been a Mississippi trend for decades. With outdoor activities available for most of the year, Mississippi is an outdoor lover’s paradise, and couples have been incorporating those details into their weddings for a long, long time. When Starkville area wedding professionals collaborated on a styled shoot, they spotlighted those rustic elements adding a touch of boho styling for a rustic chic look seen so often at weddings in their area.

The team, led by floral designer The Flower Company,  combined fun boho style elements like foxtails and a floral laden teepee frame with rustic farm tables, vintage lace, and galvanized metal accent pieces to create the looks captured by photographers from Hunter Hart Photo.  We especially loved the greenery covered circular arch and creative use of an antique chicken coop provided by Uptown Rustic Ms and Annabelle’s Antiques. The team styled a series of beautiful backgrounds for showcasing bridal gowns and tuxes by It’s A Date  and several creative reception vignettes to inspire rustic loving brides.
